The Ypsilanti Senior Center has been offering a variety of intergenerational activities over the past 15 years. Currently the Center is partnering with Eastern Michigan University to offer an intergenerational Spanish language/ culture class. In addition, older adults are getting hands-on help with their smartphones, laptops and tablets through EMU’s Digital Connection Corps and engaging in virtual intergenerational storytelling .The senior center is planning to become an Intergenerational hub in the near future.
